Skillet Sausage and Peppers

Welcome again to “Savory Mommies” the home of meal receipts & list of dishes, Today i will guide you how to make “No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!

Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 Chicken Sausages
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions :

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and one teaspoon sesame oil to large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until lightly browned. Remove to plate.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil to the skillet over medium high heat.

Cook the peppers and onions on medium high for about 8 minutes or until the onions are lightly browned on the edges. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the sherry, soy sauce, mirin, sriracha sauce, Worcestershire, fresh ginger, and ketchup.

Mix gently until combined. Add the sausages back to the skillet and allow everything to warm for 1-2 minutes.
