Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!
- 4 t-bone steaks
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Wocestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) softened
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
In large Ziploc bag add steaks, wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire, and ginger.
Place in refrigerator and turn every fifteen minutes for one hour.
In medium bowl stir together butter, onion powder, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and chives.
Preheat grill and cook to desired liking.
Top with one tablespoon butter during last minute of cooking.
Remove, cover and plate for ten minutes.
Top with another tablespoon of butter right before serving.
