Welcome again to “Savory Mommies” the home of meal receipts & list of dishes, Today i will guide you how to make “No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen work)
- 1 tbsp coarse sugar (for sprinkling on top)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 inch loaf pan with baking spray.
In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter.
Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
Add in the flour and baking powder and mix until all is combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan (or mini loaf pans) and sprinkle sugar evenly on top of batter.
Place pans into preheated oven and bake for about 65-75 minutes if using large loaf pan, 30-40 minutes if making mini loaves.
Remove from oven and allow to cool a few minutes before removing from pans and serving!
